| The panel of judges met Friday and reviewed the Employers, Cyclists, Bicycling Advocate and Student Cyclist winners that had been selected in diverse areas of the SACOG region and forwarded to the regional competition. The judges selected the regional winner in each category. For the winners, click on Bike Friendly Awards at right. |

Air Quality Impact
The current number of commute and errand miles ridden
has saved 488,290 pounds of global-warming CO2 and 6,783 pounds of other air
pollution from our atmosphere. The cyclists also saved 25,116 gallons of gasoline (worth about $97,702.85). Source: SMAQMD |
